UNDO Circles are monthly gatherings where we come together around a different topic each month to slow down, check in with ourselves and explore what's going on inside us through creativity.

each circle explores a theme connected to seasons, emotions or everyday life experiences. a few gentle reflection questions and a simple creative prompt offer starting points for the session.

there is no technique to learn and no right or wrong way to create. instead, we use whatever materials speak to us and are available on the table - collage, paint, stamps, stickers and more - and let ourselves be guided by the process.

this intuitive crafting allows us to follow our curiosity, play with the materials and see what emerges, without having a specific outcome in mind :)
